1868 Mature is Blaenafon's famous mature cheddar with a bite into the past. It is aged in the cellars of the 1868 Lion Hotel in Blaenafon. The distinctive cheddar flavour is typical of the cheddars produced in the past. Bread & Jam was a staple part of the miner’s lunch box and was known as Miners Wedding Cake.
